Disgraced Black Police Officer Carol Howard who lost all 33 claims of ‘racism’ at her employment tribunal
Sven Longshanks looks at a new drive to replace White people at a much faster rate in the UK Police force, by creating new laws to allow anti-White racism.
The Chair of the National Police Chief’s Council does not see progress in policing being an increase in crimes solved, but instead sees the replacement of Whites with Blacks as being progress.
She is calling for new laws to allow anti-White discrimination as there are not enough Blacks in the police force. She says the reason why Blacks make up only 7% of the force, has to be unconscious bias and institutional racism, although she doesn’t like that term as she accepts not all police are prejudiced.
However the reason for this is staring her in the face, Blacks rarely meet the standards necessary for promotion and are far more likely to face disciplinary action. This is exactly what you would expect when you see their low average IQ and how much more likely they are to commit crime.
In actual fact, since they are 5 times more likely to commit crime, you would only expect there to be about 3% Black and minority ethnics in the Police if they make up 15% of the population, when they actually make up 7%.
No doubt those that account for all the disciplinary actions are the extra 4% in there that are prone to criminal activity.
