Sven Longshanks discusses the outcome of the Tommy Robinson ‘Contempt of Court’ case and a government report advising that Christophobia be given the same legal footing as Islamophobia and anti-Semitism.
Despite showing that he took steps to ensure he was not in contempt of court, Tommy has still been found guilty.
This is because the government wish to deter alt-media journalists from directly reporting on anti-White crimes and this is apparent from the notes taken describing the course of the trial.
Would Tommy have done better to have just pled guilty to this and accepted an out of court settlement with the Police, rather than lose both recent cases, as well as a huge amount of money in costs and put himself at risk of being imprisoned again?
Another moral quandary is raised by the UK GOV report into persecution of Christians. They advise that Christophobia be treated the same as Islamophobia and anti-Semitism. But that would mean supporting the removal of free speech because it may benefit us.
There is actually a clause in the Public Order Act Section 29J which says we are guaranteed the right to express antipathy, criticism, dislike, ridicule, insult and even abuse of any religion, beliefs or practices, so any restriction on doing that under the guise of Islamophobia, anti-Semitism or Christophobia can be lawfully challenged and defended against.
