Billy Roper joins Sven Longshanks to talk about Donald Trump’s State of the Union address after his first year in office. This speech seems to have gone down well with 75% of people polled saying they approved of it, but he is still failing on the main promise he made that got him into office, the wall. Although this was mentioned, it is still only just talk and a start has not even been made on it yet. As well as building this wall, America has millions of illegal immigrants already entrenched that will also have to be removed out of the country.
Trump looks like he is going to compromise on the so-called dreamers, but at least he did say that Americans are dreamers too, which will appeal to the Civic Nationalists. The Black caucus and the Latino caucus were both there, but of course no White caucus. Both these groups frowned when Trump spoke about how he had increased employment for them, proving once again that it doesn’t matter what you do for these people it will never be enough.
Trump has the same problem that all White people have, we project our own values and moral character onto other races who have never shown that they share these values at any point in their history. Trump thinks the Blacks and Latinoes will treat him fairly if he treats them fairly, but all they will do is demand even more from him.
Although the Trump presidency is a bonus and life would be much worse without him, he is not going to be able to reverse 70 years of White genocide. The system cannot be fixed, as it was rotten from the start. Once the tipping point is reached there will be civil war and once that is over, then new states can be formed. Until that happens though, we have to make do with what we have and the best we can do is seek to influence people in positions of power to make life better for our people and send the invaders back to where they came from.
