Sven Longshanks and Max Musson discuss the British response to the coronavirus pandemic before continuing with their appraisal of British patriot Cecil Rhodes.
The ramifications of Britain’s failure to quarantine China are finally beginning to sink in, with pubs, restaurants and schools forced to close and all non-essential workers made to stay at home.
Max highlights the cost to the economy in doing this and suggests a better solution would have been to simply isolate those most at risk and let the rest develop herd immunity.
Cecil Rhodes would be scandalised to see the state of our nation today and those ruling it. He believed Anglo-Saxons to be the ultimate expression of humanity and perfectly suited to be ruling over other less civilised races. We may call that supremacism today, but the native peoples of the country he gave his name to were far better off when ruled by British stock, than at any time under their own Robert Mugabe.
