Ricky Vaughan was a popular Twitter account that supported Donald Trump in the 2016 election.
He has now been arrested and charged with conspiring to defraud citizens of their right to vote.
His crime? Making a joke advert encouraging Blacks to vote by text, when voting by text is not possible.
