Sven Longshanks looks at how diversity quotas affect businesses through a case study.
A mixed race girl was employed simply because she was Black, but then found she was expected to actually be competent at her job and to make an effort to get on with her workmates.
She responded by getting two of the workmates sacked, for pointing out her failures to fulfil her obligations.
She then wonders why the manager didn't like her and complains of feeling she was only employed because she was Black.
