Sven Longshanks and Grandpa Dan look at the vindictive prosecution of a child for making the tea at a war-time German work camp.
Irmgard F was just 17 years old when she got the job of tea maker at the Stutthof work camp in Poland.
She is now 95 years old and thanks to a precedent set in 2011, Jewish advocacy groups are trying to charge her with murdering 10,000 people.
They are not happy that if she is tried, it will be before a juvenile court who can only punish her with a child’s punishment.
