Massive anti-lockdown protests were held over the weekend, which will hopefully put pressure on the government to keep to their word and open up on June 21st.

Half the country has now been vaccinated, much to the annoyance of the EU who are now wanting to prevent vaccine exports to the UK.

Schools are now open with regular testing of children and it is likely something similar will be put in place for the public to attend large events this summer.

Powell continued to campaign against unrestricted immigration well into his retirement but lent his support to UKIP rather than the BNP.

He was always against Britain getting involved in foreign wars, speaking out against the Iraq war and the campaign in Yugoslavia.

He kept his sense of humour right to the last and three funerals were held for him, that were attended by tribute-paying politicians from both the Right and the Left.
