The SS helped the Zionists with waking up the nationalist spirit in Germany’s Jews and there was even a section of the SS devoted to helping them.

They helped build training camps for the Jews who were to move to Palestine where they could learn the country-building skills they would need in order to create a homeland for themselves.

These camps were first built by the Zionists and were then financed by the SS, who also provided the land for them to be built upon.
