There are fundamental differences between men and women, but whenever these differences show themselves at work, it is always the man who is to blame for them.

It can never be because the job applicant wasn’t actually good enough, or because somebody else had better qualifications, it has to be down to that mysterious undeserved privilege that the White man has.
