America is shifting it focus from Russia to China and is being perceived as neglecting its obligations to the EU.
This may lead to the EU building its own missile defence strategy and strengthening ties between members while doing so.
While this will leave America free to concentrate on China, it will also lead to a separate EU power base and accelerate the break up of globalism into the multi-polar order, favoured by Russia, China and Nationalists of all persuasion.
Whichever way the NATO beast squirms its way is blocked.
