IpuWer was a priest during the middle kingdom of Egypt and his prayer details what happened to the land after foreigners were made into equal citizens.
Men of character were dismayed, robbers were everywhere, the fertility rate went down, talentless people became wealthy, suicides went through the roof and the riches of the country were siphoned off through foreign aid to mention just a few of the problems he identifies.
