Sven Longshanks looks at diversity indoctrination in the civil service and OFCOM regulation of private conversation.
The civil service are supposed to be non-partisan, yet their training teaches them that to speak negatively about immigration is offensive.
It also teaches them that Black women will feel uncomfortable with an all White panel interviewing them because of ‘unconscious bias’, when the truth is that people will always feel more comfortable among their own ethnic group.
While paying lip service to free speech, the government institute programs like this and have empoweredOFCOM to start regulating people’s conversation on social media, as if they were a public broadcaster rather than an individual expressing his or her opinions over a telephone line.
