Sven Longshanks looks at blue check mark anti-White hatred on Twitter, the legal ramifications of censorship and Boris Johnson’s humorous comments about burkas.
By censoring and banning the political voices that the tech giants fear, they have effectively made themselves responsible for what appears on their platforms. This means that they are no longer platforms, they are publishers and if they are publishers, then they can be held liable for every illegal comment that gets made on there. They cannot have this both ways, either they are a platform and have indemnity, or they are publishers and are liable. There are countless examples of anti-White hatred on Twitter that could be legally challenged on this basis, if they want to make themselves responsible for what is said on there then we should be capitalising on that and suing them.
Boris Johnson has written an article about the burka, where he remarked that they remind him of letter boxes and bank robbers. This is an accurate description of them, motorcycle helmets are banned in banks for this very reason, yet he is being asked to apologise for this by the usual suspects and his own party. If he had said goths look like extras from a Hammer horror film, would there be any complaint whatsoever? Moslems are now seen as being beyond criticism thanks to our lily-livered cowardly politicians that refuse to stand up to them. The wearing of a burka could also be contravening the law against wearing political uniforms, since they are wearing them in order to show their membership of a state within a state. It really is one law for them and another law for the rest of us.
