Dr Matthew Raphael Johnson joinsSven Longshanks to look at the dirty tricks being played by the EU to try and force super-patriot Viktor Orban into betraying his country, nation and people.
The EU voted to invoke Article 7 against Hungary on Wednesday, for supposedly being a systemic threat to democracy, the rule of law and human rights.
What they mean by ‘systemic’ is that Viktor Orban’s ideology informs every decision that he makes. His ideology is that he wants what is best for Hungary, not what is best for the international clique. He sees himself as the defender of Europe and that means protecting Hungary’s borders and promoting Christian values, the opposite of what the EU’s values are.
Article 7 means that Hungary will be sanctioned, but how will that negatively impact the country? If Hungarians are banned from working elsewhere in the EU, they will have to return to Hungary which is what Orban wants anyway. The country has a good economy and well educated, patriotic citizens who don’t want to be reliant on the globalist system either. They voted Orban in with a massive majority, probably the largest majority in the whole of Europe. He has a mandate from his people to do whatever he likes in Hungary, that’s what democracy is, yet he is accused of being a threat to it.
