Tom explains that anyone can join the Republican Party and put their name forward for the election.
He already has experience in managing a town and has local support, despite the smears and slander of the mainstream media.
The Democrats in Maine are shipping Congolese in at an alarming rate, so Tom is capitalising on this by warning people about what it will lead to.
Instead of making it all about race, he is appealing to the cultural identity of Mainers, who are 94% White anyway.
He already has 4 to 500 people supporting him in his local area, thanks to hate publicity from the local media.
